I only got in 232 words yesterday. But that’s okay. The day before, Sunday, I got in over 5,000 words which put me a few days ahead. Yesterday, I have an all day meeting which mentally drained me and I have to wrap up emergency dog sitting for a coworker over the weekend. On the way home from my coworkers house, which is only 15 minutes away, I managed to get in a traffic jam caused by a train. So, by the time I got home, I had no energy left to type. I went to bed early. As of today, I’m still ahead, all because I pushed myself over the weekend. But now it’s back to staying on target with my word count.
