Well, I was going to get up at midnight and get a 20-minute writing sprint in, but that didn’t happen. However, I did get 740 words in before I went to work. During Preptober, I wrote phrases of three or four words for each scene. The first thing I did for NaNoWriMo was turn each phrase into complete sentences. Each sentence is a summary for every scene. That’s step one.
