What I Read in 2021

I’m proud of how many books I read this year: 42. Not many by some people’s standards and way more than a lot of people. I read a lot of novellas this year, so that helped me reach my goal of reading at least 40 books.

What shouldI have read more of this year? Poetry, Mystery, non-fiction in general. Biographies and plays, too. Maybe in 2022.

And here are some impromptu awards for the the books I read this year:

And here’s a list of what I read in 2021 arranged by category:

Science Fiction and Fantasy

Writing Instruction

Self-Improvement

Spiritual

General Fiction

Graphic Novels

Fascinating! Great job! I, too, exceeded my goal. Novellas are great. One year, I read plays. Our lists share but one book in common. Although— I just started reading Midnight Library, I expect to finish next year.
